8.9Odlično4.576 recenzija

Čistoća9.5Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness ('super clean', 'Schoon', 'هادي ونظيف'); rooms described as very clean and well maintained.

Usluga9.0Staff repeatedly praised (helpful front desk, attentive staff, named staff member Maria); one notable lapse with floating breakfast coordination indicates occasional service inconsistency.

Lokacija9.0Several mentions of a good/suitable location (including 'on the Creek' and 'good location and price'), overall positively regarded.

Kvaliteta sobe8.7Rooms described as spacious with luxury furniture and comfortable bedding; some maintenance issues reported (bathroom door lock, noisy built-in fridge, TV functionality) which slightly lower the score.

Sadržaji8.4Facilities such as pool and restaurants are praised and used by guests; some negative notes (cold pool water for some guests, TV lacking Netflix, minor maintenance needs).

Omjer cijene i kvalitete9.0Guests explicitly mention good price and that the stay was worth it; perceived as good value.

Hrana i piće8.0Breakfast is described as delicious by multiple guests, but a notable negative incident (scheduled floating breakfast delayed by an hour and staff oversight) reduces this score.

Ukupni dojam9.6Overall sentiment is very positive ('Excellent stay', 'Perfect place', many would return); minor issues did not outweigh strong positive experiences for most guests.

“NA”

The rooms and hotel decoration in general

The breakfast was delicious. However, the stuff working there was not up to standard. We have scheduled a floating breakfast at 10 AM, they did not realize until i asked about it. The breakfast arrived at 11 AM which is so disrespectful of my time and engagement.
