Un séjour magnifique ! Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement au réceptionniste Marco, à qui je donnerais sans hésiter la meilleure note ! Un accueil exceptionnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. J’ai été particulièrement touchée par la délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec une jolie carte déposée dans ma chambre. Ce sont ces petits gestes qui font toute la différence et rendent un séjour inoubliable. Bravo et merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

I particularly appreciated the interior design of the hotel. The attention to detail is outstanding, with carefully selected materials, quality finishes and thoughtful accessories that create a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The interiors feel considered and well executed, with a strong sense of style and quality throughout. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom products were of good quality. I also appreciated the selection of accessories and amenities in the room, which contributed to an overall feeling of comfort and attention to detail.

Breakfast was good in terms of food quality, although the variety offered was somewhat limited. The main area for improvement would be the morning service: the staff could be better prepared, more attentive and warmer in their interactions with guests. A more welcoming and professional approach would make the breakfast experience much more consistent with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Overall, a stylish and thoughtfully designed hotel with excellent attention to detail and a great sense of quality. With some improvements to the breakfast service and a slightly broader food selection, the experience could be even better.
