“A wonderful bucket list memory.”
Had a wonderful room with a view of the Matterhorn. The Breakfast each morning was delicious with a large selection. We loved utilizing the spa, it was the perfect place to stay.

Everything was exceptional. From the breakfast, to the views of the Matterhorn from our room, to the amenities all around the resort, to the room itself. It truly felt like an oasis. I doubt I’ll ever stay in a hotel as nice as this again in my lifetime!

L'hôtel est vraiment charment et le personnel est super! Le spa est très agréable et contient plusieurs espaces différenciés. Il y a des espaces dédiés aux enfants (aussi au spa) qu'ils ont beaucoup apprécié.

“Szép tiszta szállás, kedves személyzettel”
Szép szálloda kedves személyzettel. Korábban érkeztünk, a bőröndünket beadhattuk tárolásra. A kilátás szuper volt a Matterhornra. Távozáskor kivittek minket a csomagokkal a vasútállomásra. Összességében szerettük.
A vacsoránál elég későre kérdezték meg az itolakat is már, az ételekre meg valamiért több mint egy órát kellett várnunk, holott az utánunk érkezők már megkaptak mindent időben(ugyanazt az ételt amit mi is választottunk). A pincér aranyos volt, többször jött oda szólni, hogy készül. Utána egyszerre vagy 3 pincér megérkezett az előételekkel és főételekkel egyszerre. Választanunk kellett melyiket hagyjuk kihülni....ez nagyon kellemetlen volt.
