nous n'avons pas du tout aimé ce resort, nous ne nous y sommes pas du tout sentis bien. C'est l'usine. Déjà, chambres très mal insonorisées, on entend tout ce qui se dit à côté, au dessus, pas très agréable.. On attend les gens d'à côté aux toilettes, les portes qui claquent à tout-va dans le couloirs, les sonnettes des autres chambres, les conversations... enfin tout. Ensuite le resort est très grand, (trop), froid, impersonnel, sans aucun charme, aucune âme, un club med qui pourrait être situé partout ailleurs dans le monde, ça serait pareil. Tellement isolé et aseptisé qu'il n'est pas possible d'aller se promener dans les rues avoisinantes pour s'imprégner de la vie locale, trop loin de tout. Il est fait et pensé pour rester entre européens... Encore une fois je ne dis pas que ce n'est pas.bien, mais ce n'était pas pour nous, On ne venait pas à Bali pour ça.

The staff are welcoming. The location was good - near to the airport but in a quiet area. I raised an issue and this was dealt with accordingly and I was satisfied with the resolution.
Lack of plug socket in the room, which makes charging multiple devices or usage of electrical items (e.g. hair straighteners). The smell in the room was a bit foul due to the sofa but we requested this to be removed and the smell improved significantly.
