The location is amazing! Loved it! Easy to get around, close to shopping, dining, Central Park, Empire State Building so easily accessible by subway. Breakfast inclusions were great! Loved Frank Sinatra music in the lifts and hallways. Staff room attendance so helpful.

Amazing location, efficient check in - room was smaller than we thought and not like the photos - we booked a king suite with terrace for two adults and two teenagers. A lot smaller then shown in the pictures and terrace was pointless - standing room for two people only! Breakfast vouchers were good but limited choice - but decent value for $6.50 each
Photos didn’t represent the room we were given but was fine - just not as big. Also very noisy at night - but it’s NY and near Times Square so not unexpected!! Make sure you bring ear plugs
“This is a good hotel!”
The location is simply top notch. Right by Times Square! All credit to the staff and particularly to the ones stationed by the elevators.Having the grab and go breakfast was handy. I would recommend the hotel and we would return, this time at a much higher floor.
Even on the 9th floor, there was a lot of noise from the street that could impact your sleep as it goes on throughout the night and in the early hours or the morning. If you are a light sleeper, go for a higher floor.

The only thing I would change is that there give you regular coffee instead of just decaf in your room. The location and everything else was awesome!

Hotel zit werkelijk 30 stappen van Times Square. Is een druk bezocht hotel waar het een komen en gaan van mensen is. De muren zijn niet heel dik. Waardoor je redelijk veel geluid van de straat hebt. Ook in het weekend het geluid van het plein hoor je goed. Ontbijt to grab is best oké. 👍 Je kan uit een paar dingen kiezen. Waardoor je niet elke dag hetzelfde hoeft te eten. Belangrijk de bedden liggen goed. Badkamer piepklein, maar alles werkt. Personeel allemaal heel vriendelijk!! Metro alles is dichtbij.
De vloerbedekking op de kamer niet heel fris. Neem slippers mee of loop op sokken!
