“It is a good place to stay if you like to be close to theatres and many other attractions”
The staff are really attentive and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, truly spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable. There was no noise coming from other rooms, so privacy was ensured.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are pretty spacious for New York. The finishing and decor is lovely. Staff was kind as well.
The room key cards were horrible and below average, they would stop working everyday and we would have to go down every single day to the reception to get them to fix the key cards. And we stayed there for over two weeks so it became very annoying and tedious, never experienced this from a hotel before.

Jr. Suite turned out to be a large room with lots of seating and closet space. Two luggage racks was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom had a shower over nice large deep tub. We thought the quality of the included breakfast was exceptional. Great location in the theater district, near several subway stops, easy walk to Rockefeller Center and Times Square.
Although the room was large, it was set in deep recess in the building from the street and didn't get much sunlight.
