“ゆっくりできる”
アメニティやウェルカムドリンク、スイーツが食べれて嬉しかったです。 アメニティにパックがあるのは嬉しい。 ベットがフカフカで気持ちが良かった。 お風呂も広いしシャワーの水圧がよかった。 館内で水をくめるのありがたい。 荷物の預り24時間対応してくださるの嬉しい。 チェックアウトも11時でゆっくりできた。 新人スタッフの方が対応して下さったが緊張しながらも丁寧で良かったです。お陰様でいい旅になりました。

“Beautiful and convenient”
Staff were great, free icecream and drinks at certain times of the day. Great location to the train station if you arrived on bullet train. My favourite hotel out of the whole Japan trip. Biggest room too.

Great staff, wonderful facilities, well appointed rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the evening reception was very good!
The washer/dryer combo was unique. Did an ok job on our clothes.

אנחנו כמה פעמים במלון הזה ופעם הבא אם נהיה בקיוטו עוד פעם נקח אותו הרבה פינוקים גם טיפוח יופי וארוחת ביניים עם שתיה חריפה יפנית ונשנושים מיוחדים

“Hotel excepcional”
Trato excepcional desde el minuto 1,llegamos a las 21h con una reserva que acabábamos de hacer hacía 5minutos. Teníamos noche en otro hotel en el cuál era imposible dormir allí ya que la habitación olía a humedad que costaba respirar,nos ayudaron y atendieron con una amabilidad increíble todo el personal.
