“Excellent location and wonderful staff”
Excellent location and wonderful and welcoming staff! The one-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our family of three adults. We had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

“Space in midtown near everything”
The building is beautiful and very well located. We were close to everything and I really liked having a kitchenette in the room. The staff was also great.
It’s NYC so we had some issues with bugs.

“Very good value for money if you get a nice room with a discount”
The hotel is located very close to Central Park. We managed to get an excellent deal, as the usual price for the apartment we stayed in (Executive Junior Suite) is quite steep. Comfortable room, private kitchenette, large for Manhattan. There is a pleasant bar on the 26th floor, with a very friendly young bartender. Another great advantage is the complimentary luggage storage, even after checking out of the hotel. A special mention goes to the lovely lady from housekeeping, an Albanian woman originally from Montenegro! Despite working in housekeeping, she had more insightful things to say than many managers I've met. A genuinely pleasant and intelligent person who made a great impression on us.
The air conditioning in the room was blowing warm air instead of cooling, even when set to cooling mode. As a result, we couldn't use it and had to keep the windows open all the time. Noisy construction work during the day. The reception staff provided very limited information during check-in, and we had to ask questions to find out even the most basic details. However, we understand that they might have been tired or overwhelmed by constant interaction with guests, so we don't want to judge them too harshly.

Luggage storage at the end of our stay proved an issue. A part of our luggage was interfered with whilst in storage.
