Understanding of dietary requirements was weak. I put in my booking form that I was coeliac, told them again at check in, told staff at each meal, and I was still given food I couldn't eat on two occasions I am aware of. I mentioned this feedback at check out, and the staff member I spoke to encouraged me to let them know in check in in future, and I was a bit put out because I had already done that numerous times.
