“A fantastic stay in a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and exceptionally friendly staff”
The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated how clean everything was, including the carpets, which can often be an issue in New York hotels. The shower was great, the view was lovely, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling. The location was excellent, and although the hotel is undergoing renovations and the reception is located on the 7th floor, this was not a major inconvenience at all. We were treated very well throughout our stay, and traveling with our toddler was a great experience. We visit New York frequently, and we would definitely stay here again!

Nothing.
In one word: disgusting. Room was dirty, old, peeling walls, sticky furniture and hair in the bathtub. I’m top of that lobby was under renovation temporary on by was as disgusting and hallways too. I struggle to find anything good today so I won’t.
