“夕食は自分でどうにかできるので朝食のみのこの宿が良い。”
宿の人も親切で朝食もおいしかった。 シングルのマッターホルンビューで景色も最高！ スパやプールの設備も良かった。海パンを持っていくとよい。

“My Favorite Hotel in Zermatt”
This is my favorite hotel in Zermatt! The spa is wonderful with a great view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop pool! The complimentary afternoon tea with cakes and snacks is so nice! The rooms are clean and cosy, and have great ventilation with fresh Zermatt air giving one the best night's rest. There's also an excellent gym, and a renovated restaurant, a viewing terrace (Matterhorn views), ski shop and chocolates at reception.
“Exceptional service”
The view from the hotel was exceptional, sauna , steam room , outdoor pool was all brilliant 👏 and last but not least was our greeting from been picked up at the train station. If I can remember correctly his name was Marco and an absolute gentleman, he gave us a quick scope of the area and was a great help. Brilliant stay and excellent staff from everyone involved at the hotel everyone made us feel welcome

I cannot actually complain! I just want to say that getting out of the rooftop pool and walking to get your towel and robe is really cold and one must be careful not to slip on the tiled steps and tiles. Other than that, it's so good!

I honestly can't say I didn't like anything and ill definitely be back to catch the snow
“Boa opção com spa”
Gostamos muito do spa.
Houve um dia em que demoraram muito para nos atender no café da manhã, enquanto outras famílias que chegaram depois eram atendidas, nós parecíamos invisíveis. Quando finalmente nos atenderam, trouxeram duas xícaras de café muito sujas, claramente já tinham sido usadas. Ao pedir para trocar ainda tivemos que aguentar o mau humor do funcionário, que não abriu a boca e sequer pediu desculpas.

Das Frühstück war sehr fein mit frischen Produkten! Die Lage war sehr gut. Sehr nette Leute im Hotel!
