“Great hotel for stay in Brooklyn”
Huge rooms that are decorated like your house, complete with kitchen. The breakfast is restaurant quality. 8 o clock start is a little late if you want to get going early but also open till noon
“One of the best places to stay in Brooklyn”
The property and staff make this place what it is. Shout out to Ray. This was a very fine stay with a comfortable room to work and sleep in. The surrounding area has loads of great amenities. Breakfast was a great bonus.

Good location, nice space.
Room hadn’t been prepared properly. Towels were missing from the bathroom. Had to call reception three times and wait 40 minutes for housekeeping to bring them to the room. Front desk staff did their best but no one seemed to care. Room needed dusting, too.

The location is superb for visiting Manhattan while being in a less expensive and hectic location which has its own charm (not least the sight of the Manhattan skyline at dusk).
The shower wasn't amazing and the breakfast was expensive for what it was

La struttura è una ex fabbrica del vetro ristrutturata in modo piacevole ed eclettico. L’appartamento spazioso è confortevole; carina e funzionale la palestra.
Una completa mancanza di organizzazione del personale, molto gentile quanto improvvisato e disorganizzato. Il primo giorno il divano letto per le mie figlie non era assolutamente preparato, il secondo giorno all’arrivo del mio terzo figlio, non avevano nemmeno messo il letto. La colazione è stata un mezzo disastro. Buone le cose da mangiare, carino l’ambiente anche se piccolo. Il problema sono state le persone che servivano. Il primo giorno, facevano colazione anche loro, non curanti degli ospiti in sala. Il 2 e il 3 giorno, alle 8 il caffè non era pronto.

Gorgeous hotel in fabulous quiet location but easy access to Manhattan via ferry and subway. Super helpful staff - can't fault it
