Everything from the room to the service. Claudia at the front desk was exceptionally a delight. She was very helpful and courteous.

“Excellent location and value”
Great location, right in Chinatown and steps from Little Italy. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly!

La habitación muy acogedora y suficiente para mi estancia. El baño estaba muy limpio y amplio para el tamaño de la habitación. El restaurante nos pareció muy bueno.

Wonderful customer service! The location was close to several metro stations. Also appreciated that it had luggage storage for our arrival and departure dates.

Found a brown roach in the bathroom and the safe was broken in the room. Paid top dollar for this hotel but not very accommodating.
