Not door in the bathroom, all the floor get wet, you need clean by yourself.

Set up and size of the room, elevator waiting situation.
“The stay was awesome. The bed was so comfortable you just sunk right into it. Best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time.”
Property was very clean quiet and close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to always help, and held great conversations. Have to give a special shot out to Kayla who went above and beyond to find me and my friend some Rockafella oysters. It was just her time ave dedication. She always looked gorgeous her hair was beautiful.

1) extremely small rooms. Couldn’t even open my suitcase. No place to store cloths or anything 2) price vs value not OK 3) very limited breakfast offering

Our stay at CIVILIAN was absolutely wonderful! We came for our honeymoon and let them know — they made it feel so special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — we slept great every single night. The location in Hell's Kitchen is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The late checkout made our last day so much easier. We loved every moment. Next time we visit New York, we will definitely stay here again!
