“Amazing”
I had a wonderful stay here. Especially hospitality of the staff was exceptional. I had a problem with my room and they immediatelly offered to change it. The bes was very very comfortable.

“Beautiful resort to fully relax in Bali!”
Beautiful resort with lots of restaurants and great pools. Our room had a swim up pool which was the best to take a dip anytime.

Friendly helpful staff. Spacious, always easy to get a lounger at the beach. Room was lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay from the beginning until the end. The staff at the hotel goes out their way to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of. They refill your room with drinkable water daily, and even if you put a don't disturb sign on your door, the manager calls you in the evening to ask you if you need anything by any chance. The breakfast choices are wide, including Asian and also western style dishes. Everyone is smiling and willing to help. There is a lot of greenery in the resort, beautiful flowers which are well nurtured and beautifully blooming. The resort is INDEED on the beach of the ocean, you don't have to walk long minutes to find a spot to swim at. The sunbeds and umbrellas are both by the pools and by the beach, too. You got towels as well, just need to pick up as many as you need on your way by the pool. Amazing massage, welcome drink voucher, photography voucher. The Bali Collection restaurant, spa and shopping area is just 5 minutes walk from the main gate of the hotel. We can't wait to come back next year.
If we really need to pick something "less perfect", we are used to more hard and thick mattresses for sleeping, they were a bit too soft for our preferences, but other than that, this was a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you for everything, you are doing a great job!
