9.8Reviews consistently praise the property as clean and peaceful; no substantive cleanliness complaints were raised.

サービス10.0Staff (especially Athena) repeatedly described as exceptional, responsive and helpful; multiple mentions of quick attention to requests and personalised hospitality.

立地10.0Location and views frequently called spectacular/unbeatable and centrally located in Fira; excellent for sunsets, restaurants and access to attractions.

9.1Rooms are described as beautiful, spacious in places and stylish, with comfortable beds, but some guests noted tiny bathrooms, many stairs and luggage/access challenges.

設備9.3Strong amenities include multiple jacuzzis, pools and rooftop patio; however some guests noted limited/ no pool access for certain units and reduced privacy when staff are serving breakfast.

9.7Standard quality for this hotel tier.

飲食9.8Breakfast repeatedly praised as delicious and thoughtfully presented (including special touches); daily excellent breakfast service mentioned several times.

9.9Overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive — many call the stay unforgettable, romantic and one of the best villas in Santorini.

“Exceptional Appartments and Location”

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment and it was stunning in every way! We were well taken care of by the owners/staff and we very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor spa was warm enough in October to enjoy in the early evening and everything was exceptionally clean. The rooms are serviced everyday and breakfast brought to your apartment each morning. Would highly recommend spending the money to stay in the Caldera area. The views from this location are perfect for sunset. 5+ Stars

“Relaxing retreat”

Great sunset views, comfortable and made to feel welcome and the host helped us with getting the luggage to the accommodation and when we needed to change our plans.
