Moxy NYC Times Square

Great location. We had a triple room which was very snug but adequate. We had a room change the third night as our original room on the 3rd floor was soooo noisy in the middle of the night with the glass recycling pick-up. We were offered a higher floor, 12th floor, which was much appreciated. Free water and sweets in the lobby area.

La ubicación es excelente. Es un hotel super moderno y alegre. Es pequeño, pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios y dan ganas de utilizarlos. La habitación es pequeña, cuesta un poco acomodarse con valijas. El baño es divino, grande y cómodo. Acceso al Roof Top con vista al Empire State.

Nos asignaron una habitación en el piso 17 con excelente vista pero muy ruidosa, abajo del Roof Top, música fuerte hasta avanzada la noche. Al 3er día, al darnos cuenta que esto era fijo todas las noches, pedimos el cambio de habitación. Nos cambiaron sin ningún problema. Esa noche regresamos después de cenar, y descubrimos que una de las camas estaba sucia, con olor desagradable, costó que nos volvieran a cambiar de habitación, además ya eran las 12AM, tarde para estar discutiendo, una menor ya estaba dormida en la otra cama. No me gustó para nada la atención en ese momento. Hemos estado anteriormente en el Moxy y el trato del personal de recepción y del bar bajó de categoría, menos cordiales y más burocráticos. Es un hotel caro para tener estos inconvenientes. Dudamos en volver por el valor de la tarifa en septiembre-26, promedio USD 570, volvimos porque antes lo valía, me decepcionó por el descuido respecto a las habitaciones y no responder con celeridad y cordialidad.

The location was great, very central and close to Times Square as well as many other areas to visit. The room was fairly spacious, but the view was a brick wall. (I guess I missed that detail when I was booking). The bed was comfortable and when I asked for one more pillow, they sent it up quickly. I also requested a kettle, which they sent up. The front desk staff were very helpful & friendly.

The very noisy AC unit. Luckily it cooled down so we could turn it off. The housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Our room didn't get made up one of our days. And they left a different number of towels each day, which was a bit frustrating as it was just two of us. I had 2 of my own pillow cases on my pillows and they took them. My name was in huge blue letters, not sure how they missed that.

The room wasn't exactly like in the photos, but I had a great stay overall and the location was perfect. It was comfortable.
