“I will stay here the next time I visit.”
It was small but not too small for three people. Everything was clean. One of the best hotels I’ve been to in NYC (and I’ve been to NYC many times). The staff were amazing also.
“Great hotel in downtown NYC”
This was our second stay at The Artezen, which speaks for itself. The hotel is in a great location with a subway stop right outside and in walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, WTC and foodspots. The room was perfectly well-equipped, with a large comfy bed, fridge and kettle. Shower was hot and powerful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Balcony space was a nice bonus. We had noticed improvements from our previous stay, and it’s lovely to see that the hotel is listening to its guests. We would absolutely recommend anyone staying here for their trip to New York.

Location, location, location. Furthermore: super friendly and knowledgeable concierges. And: Nespresso machine in room. Room & bed very comfortable.
I understand that -even with a full prepaid room- the hotel makes a reservation on a credit card. I don‘t understand the amount (200 $, way more than other hotels we stayed in the last couple of weeks) plus that it will take 3 to 5 work days before the reservation will be ‚released‘

Concierge could be more knowledgeable about area as far as recommendations for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Room was on the smaller side for two luggage cases but not unexpected in New York and didn’t impact our stay.

Leider ist die Rooftop Bar sehr laut, so dass man außerhalb des Zimmers keinen Rückzugsort hat

Remek elhelyezkedésű, szép, tiszta szálláshely. Napi takarítás, minden szolgáltatás a leírás szerint. A szobánkból szuper városi kilátás volt a környező épületekre. Az utcazaj nem hallatszott be, így jót lehetett pihenni a kényelmes, nagy ágyban. A tisztaság teljesen megfelelő volt, a fürdőszoba felszereltsége és mérete is rendben volt. Ahogy a leírásban is szerepel kávékapszula és víz minden nap be volt készítve, ennek nagyon örültünk. A szobában volt még egy kis hűtő, ami szintén jól jött. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A hotel felső emeletén a zárt tetőbár szintén nagyon hangulatos. A legközelebbi metromegálló 1 perc, így mindenhová könnyen el lehet jutni. Városnézésre tökéletes választás volt.
