“Fabulous mid price range hotel in great location”
Great location, modern feel and comfortable lounge and spa. Staff very helpful booking restaurants etc. Rooms size pretty good and amenities great.

“Very nice hotel, location ~0.5 mile to any relevant subway line.”
I enjoyed the size of the room and the amenities of the property. The rooms were spacious in terms of Japan rooms. We used the laundry room and the only complaint is the dryers took a long time to dry the clothes approx 1-1.5 hours per load of laundry.

Very comfortable beds with luxurious pillows. Powerful shower. The lounge/bar had some great late night snacks and choice of drinks. The property was spotlessly clean and the staff were so polite and helpful. Option to send luggage on to next hotel was reasonably priced. Wide selection of breakfast items. Has a smoking room on the ground floor which was very welcome. The A/C was easy to use and quiet although powerful

Cafe & bar prices quite expensive. Eat breakfast out of hotel, lots of better options

Good location and facilities. Clean WiFi is good.
Room was very small for 3 of us. Can’t open our suitcase, can’t even walk to our my bed. Requested for a bigger room to even pay the difference. They said it’s the biggest room in the hotel ???. How can it be rated a 4 star.

The location even though close to a subway on the map, isn’t that close to any lines to go sightseeing. We had to walk 0.5 miles just about every day to get to an appropriate line. The facility doesn’t allow tattoos in the onsen, so we were not able to use that amenity.

Slightly annoying that the television came on automatically every time you went into the room. The breakfast hours were a bit short (7-9.30am). Could do with a bit more storage space.
