Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

De hygiëne is super slecht, poep zat op de badkamer deurklink. Na 2x kamer schoonmaken en checken, nog steeds hetzelfde. Airco werkte nauwelijks, cooler was aan het verwarmen, kregen geen andere. Vanwege renovatie ontbijtbuffet verplaatst naar volle zon. Wat van gezegd. Dichtbij een moskee, dus iedere ochtend om 4 uur wakker. Lobby en ontbijtzaal te warm. Tapijt in de gang vies en hobbelig, struikel gevaar.

Le personnel au petit soin et le petit déjeuner extraordinaire.

Quelques équipements pas au niveau : le sèche cheveux capricieux, la douche sans douchette.

This was our second stay at Aston Banyuwangi Hotel & Conference Center, and once again it was a pleasant experience. Spacious and comfortable rooms, making it a great choice for a family getaway. The room was clean, cozy, and provided enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The beautiful view from the room, especially after the rain, made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast was tasty with good quality food, I felt there could be more variety in the menu selection. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable. Overall, Aston Banyuwangi remains one of our preferred hotels whenever we visit Banyuwangi. We look forward to returning again in the future.
