“Great hotel next to the markets, friendly and welcoming staff with nice facilities, a great hotel as a base to explore K”
The property is right next to the markets, and is a great spot with access to metro lines to get around the city. The hotel is clean, modern, great staff who on our honeymoon gave us a small bottle of bubbly as a congratulations, nice touch. Staff looked after our bags on check out and where always the first to say good morning or hello, felt very welcoming. The hotel also provides alot of advice for places to visit if Kyoto is intimidating you.

Great stay, friendly staff (including older staff members, like the mix), cozy modern and central little hotel with big rooms. Enjoyed the Japanese style sleeping on the ground and the free croissant as nice gesture in the morning.

It was very thoughtfully set up and quite elegant. Extremely comfortable beds. Very very quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location on a charming side street a stone's throw from NIshiki Market and easy walking distance to Pontchoko area
Our room on the second floor had no view at all--it faced straight into the building next door. This is not the case for every room, but it was a disappointment. The window screens were quite attractive so it stopped bothering me after a while. Something to clarify when you are booking though.

מיקום מעולה קרוב מאד לשוק nishiki ולמלא חנויות, צוות אדיב , אפשרות לעשות כביסה ללא תשלום , חדרים גדולים ומיטות מאד נוחות . זוג קרואסונים כל בוקר מחכה על מגש ליד החדרים
הכל היה מעולה .

Das Personal war das freundliche in ganz Japan. Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und sehr hilfsbereit. Man konnte die Wäsche kostenlos waschen. Es gab Tee kostenlos. Tolle Lage.
Harte Betten wie überall in Japan.
