الموقع ونظافة المكان والترتيب وتعاون الموظف بحجز تاكسي للمطار ..
التكييف لا يعمل .. واخبرنا الموظفين لأكثر من 3 مرات ولم تتم الاستجابه او حتى الاهتمام بالموضوع فنمنا والشباك مفتوح ولان الفندق ع الشارع العام قريب من المترو يبدو وكأننا نائمين بالشارع من كمية الازعاج .. استايل الفندق قديم وكئيب واغلب رواده من كبار السن ..

Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt einige Wünsche offen, vor allem beim Caffè sollte man in Italien deutlich Besseres erwarten dürfen
“A fantastic and unforgettable stay”
A fantastic and unforgettable stay. Since we were staying for 22 nights, we were upgraded to a suite, without having to ask. It was a remarkable welcome gift. The reception staff were very professional, friendly and always ready to provide information. Several receptionists spoke excellent French. The suite was beautiful, with a lot of space, a big bathroom and a highly efficient air conditioning system. The hotel was quiet, very well located, and close to tourist attractions and public transport. The housekeeping service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was very good.
