“Great hotel but very busy and noisy.”
The staff were great. The room was clean and cleaners came in every day to change towels and make beds etc The bar is good, very expensive but a good selection of drinks.

The staff were great. The room was clean and cleaners came in every day to change towels and make beds etc The bar is good, very expensive but a good selection of drinks.
The location is slap bang in the middle of Times Square so if you’re ok with crowds 24/7 then it’s fine. It can be quite annoying when you just want to get in to your hotel. It can be quite noisy too. We were on the 39th floor so the noise was minimal for us

The room was spacious. The location was perfect. The restaurants were great. The View was a delight. It was our 42nd anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
It took a little to get used to the elevators, but we figured it out.
