Very expensive for a tiny room, overseeing a dark courtyard. Room is very small and bathroom the same. Tiny sink in the room, shower and toilet separately.

Not much. The location was close to Grand Central, it was clean.
The WiFi didn’t work, the shower head was broken, the room was tiny, even by NYC standards. The lobby is minuscule and there are no real breakfast facilities.
