Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort

The room was recently renovated; it was really nice and very comfortable. We knew the hotel was part of the legacy (oldest hotel in town or at least in the marina/JBR before the marina/JBR) and we wanted to experience it. The location is really convenient if you want to explore the dining possibilities on Bluewaters or in JBR. The pool is deep like in older facilities. And the private beach is really close too. Last but not least, the team is cool and very professional.

Я попросила рум сервис убирать нашу комнату до 10 утра., т.к. у нас 3 месячный ребенок , ребята начали убирать в это время только спустя неделю нашего проживания там .

Отличное месторасположение, свой пляж, бассейн и сад Номер был светлый, чистый, с прекрасным видом на море и балконом. Есть возможность позднего чек-аута и почасовой доплаты за номер, что удобно при задержке рейса. Персонал вежливый.

Грязные занавески в номере, надо бы постирать Завтрак на любителя, нам не очень понравилась еда В описании заявлена сушилка для одежды, но по факту ее нет. На ресепшене сказали, что сушилка - это палка в душевой, на которую вы можете повесить полотенце или мокрый купальник. Для номера с балконом это странно.

**Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Service** We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very satisfied with our overall experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The buffet was outstanding, with an excellent selection and delicious food. A special thank you to **Chef Raj and Rana** for their outstanding work and for making our dining experience so enjoyable. We truly appreciated their dedication and hospitality! We had a fantastic stay and greatly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. We would love to see the hotel address the shortage of umbrellas so that future guests can enjoy the pool and beach comfortably, even in extreme heat.

The only downside was the lack of sun umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. There were far too few available, and unfortunately, the staff were unable to arrange any additional ones. With temperatures reaching 40°C, sufficient shade is absolutely essential for guests' comfort and safety. This is an important area that the hotel really needs to improve.

The rooms were amazing and modern!

The bird poo on the paths by the pool, I thought this area could be cleaned up more, as the rest of the hotel was spotless
