“Absolutely beautiful and such a nice place for our mother-daughter trip!”
Absolutely everything! The hotel was beautiful, the staff we amazing and the location was great too! We felt safe in the area.
“We were satisfied with the hotel, and very happy with the staff.”
The staff (front desk and otherwise) was great: courteous, efficient and professional. Special praise of and thanks to the helpful and accommodating front desk staff. While the neighborhood wasn't as upscale as I had expected, one can't beat the location (near Pont Neuf and Notre Dame).
It is a really nice, clean hotel with a really nice, friendly, helpful stuff.
Great location, accommodation and quality of service.

Light switches are old style and difficult to figure out. The front desk staff did not inform us when we checked in that we have to switch on a signal to have the room cleaned
