Convenient location right next to Kyoto station. Buffet breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful.

“A cery nice hotel close to Kyoto station”
decent room with great amenities and the toiletries were aded each day. They clean the rooms every day, new robes daily and new bags for using the public baths. The staff is super welcoming and nice options of extra beverages. Also the wahing room from the 6th floor is available and affordable. It's a short walk to Kyoto station so a top location if you're in daily trips.

It was conveniently located to the Kyoto Station as well as a variety of stores and restaurants.

館内はおしゃれで落ち着いた雰囲気があり、大浴場へ向かうまでの空間も素敵でした。お部屋も雰囲気が良く、ゆっくりとくつろぐことができました。朝食は種類がとても豊富で、どれも美味しく、大満足でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。
仕事が終わってからの旅行だったため、少し疲れていましたので、欲を言えば、マッサージ機などがあれば、旅の疲れをさらに癒やすことができて、より嬉しかったと思います。

Onsen très agréable avec super spa chez les femmes.
La salle de restauration comporte majoritairement des tables de 2 personnes, ce qui est un vrai frein pour des familles de 3 personnes ou plus qui doivent petit déjeuner séparés. Autre point, le petit déjeuner à 7h est souvent saturé car la salle est assez petite en capacitaire. Il faut prévoir d'arriver en avance si on doit partir pour prendre un train par exemple.

Unfortunately our room shared a wall with the laundry so we could hear the machines when in use.

they don't accept tatoos and could not cover them (I have 2 small ones) so I did not use the public bath. There is no light switch when you enter the room therefore you need to go to the bed to turn on the light :)
