“Excellent”
I like the ambiance just when we entered the Hotel the reception area is huge with very nice coffee shop with indoor and outdoor space and I was able to book the Sensory room for my meeting which is so aesthetic. Thank you so much Novotel!
“Great hotel great people great vibe”
I had such a wonderful stay here, and honestly, it's the people who made it. From the moment I checked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction came with a smile. You can tell they actually care about their guests and love what they do.
아주 좋음
Le personnel était très accueillant et disponible 👍🏿
Le menu du petit déjeuner était très limité et similaire de jour en jour
“Very comfortable and perfect”
Location,service,clean
The mirror was near the coffee corner not the desk or the light
“Overall okay. Value for money but room requires up gradation”

Restaurant is limited and expensive but the food was good.
“No hot water- not worth it!”
Location is perfect for WTC.
There was no hot water for shower or sink- though this was raised on the first day nothing was done, I was simply told I need to let it run- letting it run for 5 mins still no hot water for the durartion of my stay. The ettle was broken- not fixed even though I requested it. Service was terrible.
