YOTEL New York Times Square

Comfy bed, good location, great housekeeping

When arrived to check in - machine tried to charge me extra $400 Went to desk to check in said it was a glich However if had followed instructions would have paid unnecessarily. Check out same issue- tried to charge when had paid and had no outstanding

Location

No tea/coffee making facility. No daily drinking water.

The interior architecture was thoughtful, unique and it was a full experience. Food and entertainment was available within hotel and also across midtown.

There was little to dislike. What I hope is that they are able to keep and maintain an awesome looking robotic arm that can handle guest luggage.

Good location near port authority . Checked in v late so was just a bed for the night before early check out

Pay for bag storage. Rooms are outdated and power outlets weren’t fully functional
