“Great location, great service”
The hotel is in a great location. The only downside is that, even though I requested a quiet room, I could still hear noise from outside. I'm not sure whether it's due to poor soundproofing or simply the typical noise of Manhattan. Overall, I had a very good experience. Great staff, great location, and a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, multiple elevators shorten the waiting time. Subway station a few blocks away. Walking distance to Penn Station and Port Authority bus terminal. We found several good bteakfast places near the hotel.

Was very hard to control the room temperature. Also, room got very humid unless A/C was high.

The room was quite small, but similar to other hotels in this category in NYC.

Super clean and spacious rooms to other hotels I’ve stayed in in New York. The bathroom was also very modern and clean. The staff were so lovely and very helpful and attentive!
