“The Resort of Geniuine Smiles and Lovely People”
The Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort really set the bar high. From the incredible, delicious buffet to the staff’s genuine, beautiful smiles, this place went above and beyond. The amenities like the spa and bike rentals were easy to find, and the 24/7 gym was modern and spotless. As for the rooms, they were absolutely wonderful—spacious, modern, and with very comfortable beds. The Steakhouse and the breakfast at Backstage were delicious, and the incredible staff made the dining experience even more welcoming. Jimmy at the Steakhouse and Nopita at Backstage made our stay ten times more enjoyable, and Yousef was a huge help, showing us around the resort like he had all the time in the world. Overall, the staff went above and beyond and made us feel like we were in paradise. The pools were also lovely and perfect after a workout. The whole place is beautiful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time. Please keep up the wonderful job amd keep up the priceless smiles.
