Les chambres étaient agréables. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bain très agréable.

Chambres sans fenêtre

L'hôtel est à proximité de la gare (9 minutes à pied). Notre chambre était propre et bien équipée par rapport à nos besoins. La chambre est grande si l'on loge à 2, correcte si l'on loge à 3. Le personnel est serviable et parle anglais (mieux que moi...). Les petits déjeuners préparés à notre arrivée ne sont pas un simple buffet et sont très bons. Très bien.

J'aurais apprécié la présence d'une étagère ou d'un placard pour y ranger quelques affaires. Peut-être au dessus du bureau à l'entrée de la chambre.

1. The fridge in my room was malfunctioned and my food was spoiled. When I asked the hotel staff, it seems to me that they tried to ditch the issue, brush it off and said it was a small fridge . I said I understood but the food was meant to be kept cold and I was talking about items like milk, custard not frozen food . They came and checked the fridge and simply said they could change the room. After insisting , they eventually agreed to compensate for my loss. 2. The pricing . The property attempted to introduce deals months before arrival date and require 50% cancellations fee. And when I checked the price just a few days before my arrival date, the price was just similar. I feel they were trying to lock in bookkng with penalty.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und haben dieses mal ein 20m2 grosses Zimmer, was sehr vorteilhaft war gegenüber letztes mal.

Sehr nahe am Bahnhof Kyoto

Das Frühstück hatte schlechte Auswahl und hat lange gedauert. Keine vegetarische oder vegane Option.
