Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort

Very smart

Check in only after 3pm. Beverages and stay are very expensive

We had a wonderful stay at Kuta Beach Resort, and the staff truly made our experience special. Everyone, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Vega and Virgo, the duty managers, who went above and beyond to help us when we experienced noisy rooms. They were understanding, professional and quick to arrange a room change for us. Their care and willingness to help really made a difference to our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and hospitality. We would happily stay here again! 🌴😊

The only thing I would change is the room at the front of the resort is very noisy for families at night time with a lot of traffic from the streets until late at night.

Central to every thing

Location, Lovely Staff, Great ambiance and endless hospitality.

Nothing

Good location

Very dated, no one in the restaurants, difficult to get around.

Nice hotel near the airport, very professional and amazing by staff and very helpful, very good option as mask is near as well

Iron didn’t work in the room but not for only that I give it 9 in general as not very fancy or exceptional
