Wonderful location, very close to major sight seeing and shopping. Plus the free shuttle to Kyoto station is a bonus.
The rooms are efficiently designed but offer no shelving.

大廳一進去就有好聞的香氛，飯店整體的氛圍都很讓人放鬆，是日式優雅的美，付費早餐4000日圓我覺得價格合理，食物精緻好吃而且很多咖啡或料理名店聯名。飯店備品是香氛品牌，很好喝的瓶裝水可以免費索取。走路就能到清水寺，適合早起避開觀光人潮，逛完之後再回來飯店補眠。入住和退房體驗極佳，可以舒適的坐在沙發享用迎賓餐點不需要排隊，飯店協助叫的計程車準時且素質極好。
女生大澡堂浴池的黑色磁磚有白色破損，有一晚排水還阻塞，要踏入浴池腳必須踏入髒水(浴池高風險已被染污)。Superior Twin Room大小可以接受但沒有規劃放置行李廂的位置，還好我的行李箱是上掀款式不然真的會無法打開，房門口沒有穿鞋椅，長輩穿鞋或需要綁鞋帶會有點辛苦。早餐的動線擁擠且現煎蛋料理排隊動線沒有規劃導致有一排餐點是無法靠近。飯店有洗衣服務但沒有自助的洗烘衣設備。除了澡堂和容納約莫10人就極限的Lounge(自助吧內容貧乏)以外沒有其他公用設施，長住的話會稍嫌無聊且浪費錢。

The facilities are good. The location is fantastic.
The front desk receptionist for check-in service was not friendly. I requested to change my room closing to my friend, and receptionist showed a bad face to me. I stayed for two nights and my bedsheet was not tidy up in the middle room cleaning service.
