The staff at check-in was exceptionally nice and helpful. We loved the artsy decor and the view. It was clean.

Good and central location. Cool design of the rooms, bed was big and comfortable. I could extend my check-out time (for a fee) but it was very helpful! staff are all kind (shoutout to the woman at the morning cafe!). Great view of the city!

Rooms are very small with nowhere to store suitcases or clothes. There are hooks all along one wall though. Also some genius interior designer though it would be good to have a mushroom shaped bedside table that is not flat so things slide off

Freundlichkeit beim Empfang / nach Check-Out habe ich am Airport festgestellt, dass ich einen emotional wichtigen Gegenstand im Zimmer vergessen habe —> trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage dazu habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten

Çok merkezi bir yerde. Otelden çıktığınız an Manhattan’ın merkezindesiniz. Üstelik sokak çiçekçilerle dolu. Güne güzel başlamak için harika bir konum. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Üstelik içerde rooftop bar’ından, sabah kahvenizi alabileceğiniz cafe’sine kadar birçok imkan mevcut.
Odalar çok küçük, 2 büyük bavul açıldığı an odada yürümek bile zorlaşıyor. En azından bir giysi dolabı olsa bile yetebilirdi ama o da yoktu. Mini buzdolabı ya da ufak bi kahve makinası olmaması da bence önemli eksikler. Belki daha üst kattaki odalar daha geniştir ya da daha fazla imkan vardır. Ama 8 geceliğine 4200 dolar verdiğim bi odanın da bundan daha konforlu olmasını beklerdim.

Great location in the Flower District near subway stations. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price.
Teensy, tiny room with no place to put suitcases except on the floor. Window kept coming open...needed to be fixed.
