Staff friendly although English limited, free sake and coffee, fantastic location.

The room had a smell (like sweaty unwashed t shirt) that didn’t go away with deodorising spray.

Very friendly and helpful staff, decent size rooms that were modern and clean. Great location and good facilities, especially the lobby refreshments

Amazing location. Hotel was lovely. Room and bed was comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room. Close to subway station and walkable to so many things. Staff was wonderful.

Good, clean hotel in a good location. Has combined washing machine /drier in room. Free coffee and sake in the lobby. Activity table for children.

Nothing about the hotel. Luggage service they use is hard to register online for. They even ended up not picking up our luggage as they couldn’t process the credit card (my bank treated them as suspicious).

Close to shopping, great back street alleys, easy walk to Geon and Geika area

When we booked it said view room. We were on the 4th floor looking into buildings. Bathroom had a bad musty sewer smell. We told reception and they told housekeeping, but no relief. I even sprayed perfume

Excellent location, evening sake, easy access to Nishi market and shopping area, Gion.
