Great luxury hotel in a lovely area of Paris and loved the terrace room in particular.

Coffee maker didn't work, breakfast poor quality and over-priced. In previous visits there were soap cakes provided (as one would expect in a hotel of this rating); now the quality is diminished and the soap bars are not replaced. The shower was nice, but the bathrooms were a bit cramped. Prior to arrival we were sent multiple messages requiring reconfirmation with the threat of our reservation being released to other clients. I considered these a bit overbearing, bordering on rude.

This was not my first stay at this hotel, and it is always such a pleasure to see familiar faces among the staff. They are always so happy to welcome me back and greet me with genuine warmth—and that means so much! I love the hotel’s small size and fantastic location! I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel during this stay, so I can’t comment on it. I will be very happy to return! A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their care and attention! “Great location for a short stay”
Great location with a lovely brasserie and pharmacie across the road!
Asked for extra pillows but told the hotel was full so there were none. Seems odd not to have additional pillows available. The rooms are large but worn out. No artwork on the walls makes it feel quite stark. Having a shower flooded the floor as the glass shower panel has no seal to stop the water seeping out.
