decent room with great amenities and the toiletries were aded each day. They clean the rooms every day, new robes daily and new bags for using the public baths. The staff is super welcoming and nice options of extra beverages. Also the wahing room from the 6th floor is available and affordable. It's a short walk to Kyoto station so a top location if you're in daily trips.

après une première nuit désastreuse , chambre donnant sur le moteur générale de climatisation soit environ une usine bruyante de 40 metres carrés hors sol , le personnel a très bien réagi et nous avons été déplacés pour les 3 autres nuits

Good location near Kyoto Station - perfect when traveling although it is a bit further from main Kyoto attractions. The onsen was clean and very nice and the tv in the room displays how crowded it is. Breakfast was an additional fee, but really good.
Breakfast price was steep, but the buffet was expansive and good. Patio was closed and it would have been nice to have outdoor seating.
