This hotel was so lovely! The Onsen was amazing after a long day of walking. It had plenty of washer/dryers and refreshments. Easy luggage delivery! We would definitely stay here again!

“Classy from the minute we entered the lobby. Worth every penny!”
From the minute we stepped into the lobby we were treated like royalty. Yuki, the amazing concierge, took care of our every need and answered all of our questions. She gave us some great suggestions for food and shopping for specific things we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better person to introduce us to the hotel and Kyoto. The onsen facilities are amazing and well worth visiting. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! Definitely make sure to add it onto your stay. Thank you Yuki for all of your attentiveness and kindness.
If I had to say something I didn't like, I would say that when being seated for breakfast, the person was very pushy and impatient about wanting to know which hot meal choice I wanted." I was given no time to look at the hot meal menu. I was hardly awake.
