“A wonderful family stay in a beautiful hotel with an unbeatable location and spectacular views.”
We had a lovely family stay at M Social Downtown. The location couldn't have been better, with so many sights and subway connections just a short walk away. The view from our room towards One World Trade Center and the Oculus was fantastic. The room itself was tastefully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. All in all, a great place to stay while exploring New York. We'd happily stay here again!
“$450 a night to smell smoke and get carded daily”
Skip this place. The first thing you notice walking in is the cigarette smell, and it follows you everywhere, even into our supposedly non-smoking room. Everything revolves around the casino, and the vibe is grim: couples glued to the machines and older guests feeding their pensions into the slots. To reach the back of the building, you either cut through the casino or take a 20-minute detour. My siblings and I are all in our late 20s, well over 21, yet security asked for our passports every single day (regular IDs not accepted), even though they clearly recognized us. No wonder we barely saw anyone young there. The rooms are badly outdated and things kept breaking. They were also dirty, and housekeeping only comes if you ask. We asked daily and they still skipped a day. The pool wasn't an escape either, since it reeked of chlorine. At $450/night, I expected clean, fresh rooms and staff who remember your face. Got none of it.

Die ruhige Lage in Downtown.
Die Bitte vor Anreise in einer Email um ein Zimmer in den höheren Stockwerken wurde nicht berücksichtigt. In den Zimmern in den unteren Stockwerken, 3-25, kommt es zu Lärmbelästigung von einer Hochhausbaustelle, die auch Nachts in Betrieb ist.

Todo o Staff é maravilhoso!! Em especial o Antonio na recepção do Hotel que fez de nossa chegada algo bem especial!!!
O café da manhã possui um sistema estranho pois se sua reserva tem ele incluído ainda assim você tem que assinar uma nota de despesas e depois eles deduzem, mas isto não está explicado na reserva

Le personnel de la réception ainsi que ceux du petit déjeuner étaient vraiment très désagréable. Vous dites bonjour, pas de reponse. Des frais de caution absolument scandaleux, 150 dollars par chambre et par jour c'est vraiment du vol.
Du belastes ikke ennå. Totalprisen som vises, er det du betaler, skatter og avgifter medregnet.
