Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights

Comfortable and clean room with nice staff

Excellent Stay and Very Friendly Staff! I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights. The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a convenient location for getting around. The metro station is approximately a 10–15-minute walk away, there are several bus stops nearby, and various supermarkets are easily accessible. A special thank you goes to Ahmed, who was truly kind, helpful, and professional. He helped me obtain a refund from Booking.com for an extra night that I had accidentally booked and paid for. I really appreciated his availability, kindness, and commitment to resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel, both for its comfort and location and for the friendliness of the staff. A very positive experience that I will remember fondly!

Location, staff and cleanliness are really good.
