“Super Stay”
My stay was wonderful. From first moment of arrival welcomed by Ghada in the reception and receiving very professional hospitality, easy process, and quick steps. I came to my room in almost no time. Ghada, Mustafa, and Ali, were the main people i dealt with everytime i needed something from the front desk or the reception and everyone was very customer-oriented and more than professional. During my stay, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Room service and house keeping were at very professional level and any request does not take longer than 5 minutes. Also, a special thanks to the guys standing in the lobby, the concierge, and the security. All of them were very kind, helping you with everything, carrying things, receiving post, and even a warm greeting everytime they see you. I don’t recall all names but i have in mind Riyas, Kalyan, Wasib, and Roland. They are superheroes. My stay was overall super in all means. I will definitely come here again.

I liked the room was feeling home and very comfy bed make u want extend the stay and very lovely staff caring, from first interaction they give water and I made perfect choice for my short stay also the price affordable, they made my day and you walk satisfied

Accessibility to Dubai mall
Bathroom functions, there were no proper drainage system within the shower area and the water was stagnant around shower area and he was leaking through from the drain pipe to other rooms which was very disturbing. There should be some barrier around shower area so the water shouldn’t be spread around the bathroom.

Le personnel était top ,très gentil et agréable Tout était parfait ,bien organisé et ils sont très attentifs et serviable Je tiens à remercier Mr RIYAS qui est venu me chercher a l‘aéroport ,très courtois et respectueux. Je conseille cet hôtel pour son emplacement et le staff qui s’en doute est très sympathique et appréciable

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel’s high rating is misleading. I booked and fully paid for a Deluxe King Room, but was given a room with two single beds without any explanation. After complaining, I was told the hotel was full and had to wait for a room change. Even worse, the shower water kept switching from extremely hot to freezing cold every 10 seconds in BOTH rooms! It took me 40 frustrating minutes just to shower. I couldn’t wait to leave and definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only positive was the staff, who were genuinely kind and helpful. I believe the problem is with the management, not the employees.

Near down town - closer to Dubai mall all things were accessible
The tv didn’t work, the cleaners do not clean the rooms, no guest refresher, no gown, no slippers no refreshment for 4 star hotel, no dental kit. The room had flies and stank. To checkout I had to wait another 1 hour until booking.com contacted then which was annoying so won’t be using booking.com for a while.
