“Geweldig!”
We vonden het een heel mooi hotel met een moderne kamer. Het was heel netjes en heel belangrijk het bed sliep lekker. ☺️

“Fabulous place to stay - would definitely do so again.”
The location - fantastic for walking to anywhere in Manhattan. Close to subway for easy routes to Brooklyn or any of the surrounding boroughs. The staff were fantastic - especially the reception/door staff. Helpful & no problem to leave cases after check-out & ordered taxi to station at requested time. The roof terrace bar cocktails and food were spot on - with a great vibe.

The location is perfect. The location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the city. The hotel is modern, clean, and smells amazing. I especially loved their complimentary wine hour! The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Overall, it was a great stay!
We stayed in two rooms, and neither had slippers. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. My friend went downstairs to ask and received two pairs. When I asked for slippers for our room, the staff member looked visibly annoyed and said, “I don’t know if we have any left.” She went to check and came back saying they were out, without even apologizing. I understand that hotels can run out of supplies, but her unfriendly attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. A little courtesy would have made a difference.

“Sehr schönes Hotel sehr zentral gelegen”
Sehr gute Lage um New York zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut und abwechslungsreich.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 30m von einer Feuerwache entfernt sodass es nachts häufiger laut werden kann.

Only minor - but some of the decor could do with a touch up.
