The view was stunning, the staff were helpful for us being from so far away, the bar area was very nice w a beautiful view, the room was clean, everywhere was just a walk or sub ride away, was quiet for the most part, the shower was pretty

I didnt like not having a microwave even tho it stated that there was one. I didnt like it took our luggage 27 mins and 3 phone calls checking on it to get it to the room after being told every time it was on the way, the shower pressure really could've been better, the coffee pot was really small for a high end hotel, the valet parking was double if they did it (parking garage is .3 miles from the hotel) so we parked it ourselves

I liked the City View from our room. It made it special to be in Times Square and actually feel like Times Square.
I was surprised there wasn't a microwave in the room. We ate at the Bowtie Barn and had food we carried back to the room. We could have used a microwave to warm up thefood.

Great location
No microwave. The shower head didn't move to comfort. Carpet. The shared door with other guess made me feel no privacy.
