The pool the restaurants and the gym and spa were standouts
The only bad thing I can say about the property is that there is a damp problem in the downstairs room that we stayed. Everything was damp and wet and smelt damp and wet

The staff are fantastic. The property is so peaceful and yet Ubud Centre is only 10 minutes away. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I look forward to coming back.

Beautiful, pristine property Nice , large rooms . Pool villa had an amazing infinity pool with a great view . Sevice of the staff - always very polite and friendly, accommodating. Spa - great massage ! Pool and activities for the kids . Great family hotel for a relaxing stay

“Not a property for solo stay or spa treatments or activities”
Pool was nice and they didn’t charge me for the massage after I complained about the steam room not working and massage being terrible.
In breakfast, they served rotten yoghurt which could have compromised guests health; hotel published activities that didn’t take place and also mentioned that they don’t have a guide for me or can’t arrange one. The spa was the worst with steam room not functioning properly and will burn you in 2 mins and they said they don’t have ability to adjust temperature - they can just switch on or off the steam. Massage was terrible by the therapist. I did not enjoy my stay there and felt it was over priced and definitely not a property for solo person
