I really enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff, and the comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and the staff made our family feel very well looked after throughout our stay. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I particularly appreciated the family-friendly environment and attention to detail.

This is my 4th visit to this hotel and i never disappointed at all. Standard is maintained.

“Disappointing cleanliness and comfort — we left after a few hours”

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations for cleanliness or comfort. The furniture and towels appeared worn, and I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the bathroom. The kitchen also fell below my expectations. We stayed for only a couple of hours before deciding to leave and finding alternative accommodation. Having visited Dubai several times, I found this experience disappointing and poor value for the price paid. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
