“A simple mountain chalet hotel . Comfortable with pleasant staff.”
A cosy simple bar & complimentary drinks for not having room serviced during 2 day stay. Pleasant staff , good breakfast.

Fantastisch
This was a very good location and good value for this area. The town overall is very nice to visit and this hotel is a good choice for a budget-conscious traveler. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
The building and rooms are very small overall. It didn't make the stay worse, but you should expect it.
“Comfortable and clean. Lovely dining area and great breakfast.”
Quieter area, great breakfast, friendly staff, room was comfortable and enough space. Loved the free hot water in the urn. Could open windows for fresh air. Great offer to have a free drink instead of having room service.
Zermatt is undergoing a lot of building works which might get a little noisy during weekdays. Wasn’t a bother for us.
