“Great stay”
Everything from the room to the service. Claudia at the front desk was exceptionally a delight. She was very helpful and courteous.
“Excellent location and value”
Great location, right in Chinatown and steps from Little Italy. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly!
“It was an amazing hotel!”
Fantastisch
Fantastisch
Wonderful customer service! The location was close to several metro stations. Also appreciated that it had luggage storage for our arrival and departure dates.
The shower curtain, it spilled water everywhere.
“Nice sky bar, but the sports bar played very loud music .Also, the other restaurants bar staff was not very friendly”
very friendly staff, and good location .
Found a brown roach in the bathroom and the safe was broken in the room. Paid top dollar for this hotel but not very accommodating.
