Easily accessible for most things we were doing in the city. General location close to time square but not in time square. Fairly clean and very friendly staff. Accommodating with bags after checkout and holding it for most of the day. With that we were able to spend more time in the city.

Room doors slamming, facility should find a way for doors not to slam. Add a hinge system to doors.

the beds and pillows super comfortable and multiple pillow options was great and having the cleaners come and change the towels daily was lovely!

Otelin yeri oldukca merkezi, odamizin buyuklugu yeterliydi. Odamizda su cay kahve gibi olanaklar mevcuttu. Rezervasyonu kahvaltisiz yapmis olsaniz dahi, tum misafirler icin her sabah cay kahve bagel krem peynir recel gibi bir mini kahvalti sunuluyordu. Calisanlar her daim guleryuzlu ve yardima hazirdi. New yorkin bu bolgesinde daha once 3 farkli otelde konakladim, bu konaklamam en iyisiydi.
