“Good location friendly staff”
Pros: good location, friendly staff, feel welcomed. Cons: a little dated and could use some update. Phone in our room has no dial tone. Has to go town in person to talk with front desk. The toilet has a slow leak. Fortunately we packed earn plugs. I’d still recommend this place.
“Awesome”
All members of the staff were kind and generous
Time Square, magasins 5eme avenue, Top of the Rock, Empire State Building etc
“We really enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent”
Excellent location Great restaurants and bars around the location 7Eleven and Target and subway within a 5 min walk Breakfast selection brilliant and sets you up for busy sightseeing days Staff all lovely and friendly
The only downside of the hotel was the bedroom keys did not always work or it took a few attempts to get into the room. We got our keys changed on a number of occasions and itd work the first time but again after 2/3rd go it took a few attempts to get into the room.
“Horrible”
“Avoid for business trip!”
The reception refuse to issue TAX invoices when we check out, ridiculous!
“NEVER AGAIN！”
Can not believe the hotel refuse to issue a tax invoice!
